And I think I may agree with him. He also described it as instead of a sound echo, it's a video echo. Stream just looks a little bit janky. It's also worth noting that this just happens when streaming Wii u games (specifically Smash 4) on my Elgato HD 60. When I stream League of Legends, I stream at 720p 30fps and it looks good. However with Smash, I have to turn the resolution downscale to 480p since it's a bit hard on my cpu (AMD Phenom II X4 960t), and it still looks a bit meh. Not awful, but it could be better I think.

Also, my upload speed hovers around 5 - 6 Mbps, and I have the bitrate set to 3500.

Here's the VOD in question, feel free to skip around and see what I mean. http://www.twitch.tv/ohsix/v/35084530

And the log as well: https://gist.github.com/442057e304a595512f51
Worth nothing that I at first tried 480p 60 fps, then set it back to 30 fps... At least I think I did that this time.

Anyways, any help with this problem or any other you might see would be great! Thanks so much.

Well, the "ghosting" effect that you see is due to the interlacing from 1080i. Does the TV you're playing on support 1080p?
