Question / Help Videos Stuck In First Couple Frames.

So I just started using this program to record files for my upcoming youtube channel,and whenever I try to record, my videos play for about 1 second and then the video just stops in that 1st second frame and it shows that frame the whole video but the audio still plays in the back as if it was still going. Any Suggestions?

Otherwise we can't know what's wrong unless you post a log file.

It seems that even with the superfast preset, it's still not performing quite as it should be. You may have to continue to lower the stream's scaled resolution (by using more downscale) to see if it helps, or try ultrafast preset alternatively.
