Question / Help Videos blurry with movement?

When I'm not moving the quality is great, but movement seems to really reduce the quality. I need the best settings that could alleviate this issue with local recordings.

I'm currently using:
Nvidia NVENC
Quality balance: 10
Max Bitrate: 21320
Use Customer Buffer Size w/ it set to 0
Resolution Downscale: None
FPS: 60
Use Multi threaded Optimizations w/ Scene Buffering Time set to 700
NVENC Preset: High Quality
Encoding Profile: High
Use CFR enabled.

File size isn't an issue and I am recording locally to an SSD.

Cheers

Raise your bitrate even higher. NVENC is a very low-quality encode. (recommended minimum for 1080@60 is about 6000kbps with x264 for watchable quality, and you're not even recording at 4x that... try around 60,000 or higher, as ~30K is advised for local-recording on x264)
Also, there's the possibility your GPU may be being overtaxed, with a high-complexity scene like that. NVENC is not free, it just uses spare GPU cycles to do low-quality encoding.

Does the 'shudder' present in your video happen on-screen for you? Aside from that, the results you're getting look pretty normal for the settings you're using.

Also, do post a logfile. It provides more information about what's actually going on on the back-end than basic settings do.
