Excessive audio bitrate
Audio bitrates higher than 128kbps are rarely needed for internet streaming. Consider keeping the bitrate around 128kbps for optimal bandwidth usage.
Slower preset in use
You have changed the default preset to fast. Using slower presets can result in late frames and high CPU usage / low FPS. You should only change the preset if you are sure you have the CPU power to spare.
VBR in use
Consider enabling CBR for improved stream quality. CBR will use a fixed bitrate which allows a smoother network stream, reducing the chances of frame drops for both you and your viewers.
Skipped frames detected
The video encoder is unable to encode your frames in realtime, causing skipped frames (the video output will appear frozen). This is often caused by running at too high of a resolution / FPS combination for your CPU. Try lowering your resolution and/or FPS. If you have changed the x264 preset, put it back to default (veryfast).

1080p60 not recommended
Streaming at 60 FPS in 1080p or higher is not recommended. This will cause a large strain on your viewers ability to view the stream due to the high decoding requirements. For better results, try 720p60 or 1080p30.
Bad resolution / FPS / bitrate combination
The combination of settings you are using will likely lead to a low quality stream with artifacting and other problems. Consider either raising your bitrate or lowering your resolution / FPS (qval: 0.008)
