i've pasted a log file from last night's atempt, also a SS with my internet speed.

I've also downloaded this http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmes ... _id=326034

For diagnosing issues with dropped frames, follow the recommendations in this guide: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8870

I also notice that you're using Monitor capture with Aero enabled, which will slow down encoding speed. Either disable Aero, or better yet, don't use monitor capture.

well i figured out that there is a problem with my bitrate and buffer size, aparently the recommend amount is not good for me, it seems to work ok on 720p at 1700 kb/s

i can't seem to find a bitrate that works for 1080p

i also tried different servers before, and that file i sent was the first one i tried, i had disabled monitor capture afterwards, and used gamecapture.

i've looked at your guide, i did most of the things in there but nothing seemed to work, except this bitrate change, and it looks to me like it's hit and miss, it stabilizes after like 5 of starting.

also i would like to mention, that i tried xplit and it does the same thing :D

ty for the reply any other suggestions? i mean where can i get to test my bitrate and make a good decision, with out being hit and miss.
