Question / Help Video Stutter

Hi,
I get stutters in my recordings. Please can something help me remove these?

720p downscale
3500 buffer and bitrate
30 FPS

PC Specs
I7 4770
16GB Ram
AMD R9 290



I've also attached my log file
What would be causing this?

Hi,

You have quite a lot of dropped frames.
This happens when your Internet is not fast enough to handle your selected bitrate or Twitch not able to accept it.

You have 3500 kbps video + 128 kbps audio = 3628 kbps.
It is recommended not to go over 3500 kbps in total for non-partnered streams on Twitch.

How fast is your internet upload?

My internet is 6mb upload when I run a test, so it should be ok?
I'm using the UK Twitch Server

If you're dropping frames, then no, it isn't OK. Speed test results do not mean you can upload at that speed to Twitch.

Yes I have done that.
All appears fine. No throttling, up to date drivers, no wireless.
Is it more than likely the twitch server I need to change?

Do you get the same problem if you stream to somewhere like hitbox.tv?

Did you try different Twitch servers?
