1. Your gigabit-capable network card is only connecting at 100mbps. This may indicate a bad network cable or outdated router / switch which could be impacting network performance and causing dropped frames as your log contains a streaming session with 144 dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware.
It is not caused by OBS but OBS can help. The quick fix: before you start streaming, go to Settings, Advanced, Network, enable "Dynamically change bitrate...", [Apply], [OK]. If still having issues, follow the troubleshooting steps at:
Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.
2. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause issues with OBS. We recommend disabling it via
this screen or
these instructions. Be sure to restart after disabling it.
3. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (31.1.2). Please update to version 32.2.2 or the newest available version by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the
downloads page and running it.
4. Run updated OBS as Admin.
5. Change the FPS on Video Capture Device from 60 to 30 to match your output.
6. If still having encoding/rendering lag, disable multipass, look-ahead and adaptive quantization as those all use additional GPU.
If still having issues, provide a new log.
