Question / Help Video runs smooth, but Audio is choppy

My Video runs fine when I preview stream and stream on OBS. There isn't any lagging or problems with the display tv that shows the game either. But when you watch the stream the audio becomes very choppy. is there any way to fix this?

Agreed. I can play the game fine, but when I watch the recorded video it is slow and drags behind the video in chops in the stream mode.

If I switch to audio desktop the game sounds and runs fine in play and review, but has about a half second lag that I can't close the gap on.

I am experiencing the same or very similar choppy audio when streaming Xbox 360 via Blackmagic Ultrastudio Pro.

Pass Through vid+audio is fine to my HDMI monitor but the stream sounds terrible
