Question / Help Video Resolution

hello guys i wanted to ask u something!

i have a monitor 24" and its in aspect ratio 16:9 but when i play cs go ingame i use 4:3 becuase the quality for me its way better and the resolution i go is 1154:768 something like this not sure but works fine for me , but in the stream the video is like cropped its not full screen , i changed my reso to 1980x1024 just to see the changes it worked fine hope u understand what im sayin ...

but is there apossible way that u can setting ur obs that the resolution in stream is full screen , even tho im not using 16:9

settings -> settings -> video -> base resolution -> custom

and set whatever you want for stream output resolution! (like your game resolution)

Also, if it's about black borders all around the picture, not just left and right, then preview stream, press the button that says 'edit scene' and re-size your game window.

Also if you are using game capture, maybe try out right clicking the game capture source -> properties-> check stretch image to screen
