Question / Help Video Recording Randomly Stops Recording - What's wrong???

Every time I go to my file location of my video recording, and try to open it, and play it, it never loads. It either says it's corrupted or file name, or whatever, is incorrect. I'm wondering whether anyone could help me out with this issue, so that I can actually record my videos! Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!!!

Update: Currently I have possibly solved some issues. I am now able to preview my recordings, most of the time, but only for several seconds. Then after which, the recording randomly stops, and OBS randomly goes back to "home" screen. It's getting very annoying! Anyone know now what the hay is going on??

If they can't play the files then they're likely corrupt. I assume you're recording to MP4; you should use a more resilient container format like FLV or MKV so that if OBS crashes or otherwise can't close the recording properly the whole thing won't be lost.

Alright. SOOOO... First off, regarding the format of the file, I have been using FLV for the recordings. Secondly, I had figured out a possible problem as to why I was having issues. For some reason, OBS would start recording my game, but then after several seconds, randomly stop recording. I'm not entirely sure why this would occur, but just a few moments ago, I had turned down my Max Bitrate by a few hundred, and then tried recording again. This time it recorded for a little more than 30 seconds of video, with audio working as well, but then after about 31 seconds, it did the same thing as previously, and randomly stopped recording. Soooo... would you happen to think that my issue has to do with the fact that my Max Bitrate may be to high, otherwise would you know what other problem maybe causing my issue?
