Question / Help Video Recording Is Terrible

So I'm somewhat new to OBS, I've used it a good bit before but i dont really know a lot about how it works.. Recently i tried to record some gameplay of CSGO with it, and when i opened up the video file on my desktop the video had something like 0.25fps. For example, it freezes on one frame for a few seconds, even though the audio for some reason continues and has no issues. To recap, i can hear the game audio no problem continuously, but the video freezes on one frame at a time for a few seconds in a row. I dont really know if it's an issue with my settings, cuz the settings i have are just the ones that made sense to me, idk if theyre right or not.
My specs are as follows:
Ryzen 3-2200G
RX 570 8GB OC
8GB DDR4 @ 2666
480GB SSD

Oh okay thanks very much i figured out how to do that. While I'm here though, can you tell me what to do to fix the fact that a lot of the time my recording is blurry in a cubic manner, like especially when i move its sorta pixelated?

Right click the video source and check its Scale Filtering. Also under Settings > Video see the Downscale filter option.
okay then i have one last question. my output and scaled resolution are set to my monitors resolution, but when i record its not all in fame in tyhe final video. when i play the final video its slightly zoomed in and missing the lower bottom and right half of my screen

Make sure that what you're capturing is in frame. You can force it to be by right clicking the source, and then transform > fit to screen. You could also try stretch to screen.
