Video recording is choppy and laggy

I'll start by saying that my PC specs are:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30Hz 2.30 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based proccesor

And my OBS settings are:

Base Resolution: 1920x1080
Output Resolution: 1920x1080
Downscale Filter: Bicubic(Sharpen scaling, 16 samples)
Common FPS Values: 30
Renderer: Direct3D 11
Color Format: NV12
Color Space: 601
Color Range: Partial


My videos (no matter the game) will be laggy and choppy. I tried dissableing Game Acceleration (or however it's called) and it helped me very much( Before: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNahRSIBNr0&ab_channel=AndreiG.aming ; After: https://youtu.be/9QobgTxz1Qo ) but it still is choppy and laggy in the video, even if the game is not lagging at all. How can I fix this?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
