Question / Help Video Quality Is WAY LOW

So I've Recently Filmed CS:GO Videos, and the quality is way low, but whenever i increase my OBS settings, the video becomes pixelated and freezes, HERE'S A Log File :D Please Tell Me The Best Video Settings! <3

What harold said but let me explain. when you use low resolution your output is going to be low and fuzzy but also your preset is set to ultrafast which, even with high bitrate will look bad. you need to use Quicksync. once you set it to that, dont downscale. use the base resolution then you should be fine.

ok i set it to quick sync, and didnt downscale etc... anything else i need 2 do? THANKS for help :D <3

Edit: So I Tried 2 film a vid and watched it in mp4,and the quality was ok, but the video freezed alot
