Question / Help Video problem!

Hi all,
I have some problems with games capture with my OBS.
Everytime when I start recording the program record only black screen with audio.
I don't know what settings are necessary for my PC. My PC components are:

Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 CPU @ 3.2 GHz
Graphics Card: Asus R7 250 Series 1GB DDR5 128 bit
Memory: Crucial 6GB DDR3
Motherboard: ASRock H81M - VG4

What media player are you checking your recordings with?

I have windows 10, use default program, it name is Movies & TV.

Try with VLC instead. Movies & TV is basically a re-branded windows media player, which has a 15 year history of being bad at media format support.

Same problem. Probably I have bad settings for my pc configurations and i don't know to do a good settings.
