When i go to my dashboard to see my video preview of my stream , it buffers quite a lot . But my viewers say that the stream is fine .

Unless you are dropping frames, you should not worry about it. Twitch is known to have problems at any time of day and depending on your geographic location. The dropped frames counter at the bottom of OBS is a good indicator. It should normally stay on 0 (0.00%) and the stream should be fine. Also the FPS indicator of OBS should be showing your selected FPS constant so you know the playback should be quite smooth as well.
