If i "save file to location" as a local save while I'm streaming, if I try to playback that file using OBS video plugin or even VLC... it crashes the program. OBS just crashes as soon as the file is executed. Youtube uploads also are saying that it is not an ideal file for streaming upload. even though i have it set for mp4, 1500kpbs etc... huh! Help please.

the video file is a bit too large for a quick upload its a 4gb file... usually its a local recording of a 3-4hr stream.

That is not a complete log. Make sure you copy the whole contents of your log file, and OBS is closed at the time.

I think the crash appears to be in the Video Source plugin...does it crash if you remove the video source?

no it doesn't, but it also makes vlc crash if i open the file in vlc... hence my thoughts on the problem lying somewhere in the video file itself...
