Question / Help Video playback lag/freeze after recording gameplay

Hello everyone. Thanks for taking the time to help me. I've been trying to record overwatch with OBS, but whenever I playback the recording, the video appears frozen even though the audio continues to play. Logs and PC specs below.

Same problem here! playing overwatch super smoothly. but while playing back my video. it keeps freezing every couple second.

And i tried using nvidia shadowplay and its way better! but no face cam : (
