Question / Help Video Output and Stream are both blurry.

I have all of my settings correct and set to recommended. I can provide video evidence if needed. It looks like it has a fussy "coating" if you will. i have tried bumping up my bit rate but that that did not help.

well 720p45 with 1250bitrate ans also later on with 1600bitrate has no other option other than giving you quite bad quality

if you are limited to those kind of bitrate leave the fps at 30

else downscale or if you have an actual strong cpu you can use a slower preset (not recommended since the benefit is minimal) but your cpu is actually quite weak

Well even the Video Output is blurry. I don't think upload speed affects what video looks like when you are NOT streaming...

depends if you are recording with the same settings it might be possible

but for local recording you could do 1080p30 on ultrafast preset with buffer set to 0

If you downscale it will always look a bit "blurry"
But can you provide a video to show what you mean?
