Question / Help Video of the game freezing

I've used obs before but for offline games, not much online games. I've been wanting to record a game called rainbow six siege. When i tweaked with my settings i thought it worked. I checked obs and shows the game. So i played for one match and when i finished, i ended the recording. When i went to my videos section to watch it it lagged so bad. When i skipped some parts only the audio is playing but the video isn't moving. I've turned the display of the game to be borderless. If anyone can tell me how to fix this i would appreciate it, if you can please provide some steps
