Question / Help Video Microstutter

First of all, Hello everyone!

So.. my problem is giving me headache and sleepless nights:
I get fluid 60 fps recordings but very visible micro stutters. (Its only the video output)
They're not constantly but always a few seconds apart.

I tried so many things to fix it and I can't figure out where the problem is.
Used the x264 and NVENC encoders, 720p60/30, 1080p60/30. Its always the same.
Tried bandwidths from 1000kb/s to 20000kb/s with CBR, without CBR, with CFR, without CFR.
Different priorities, different encoding profiles. Always the same issue.

I read about a possible frame sync problem in the forums but that does not seem to be the case here.
Tried limiting the FPS or use VSync, tried unlocked FPS, it's always the same behavior.

As a comparision I used Fraps on full size 60fps I don't have this issue there.

One of the recording logs attached here, any ideas or suggestions?
Hopefully you can diagnose more of that log than I can.

Thanks in advance!

According to your log, your system can't keep up with your settings, even using NVENC.

Also don't enable the settings->Advanced->Use QPC time stamps or the other option in there... it can actually lead to weird issues.

Thanks for the fast reply.
Thats weird. I mean that CPU isn't the newest but not getting fluid 1000kb/s even with 720p30 is kinda unlikely.
But I'll try turning the Audiosync off. I think I activated them some time ago because I had a severe audio lag and that fixed it.
Who knows, might help.

Alright, I did some more testing, with the conclusion that I still have the same problem.
I did some testing on World of warcraft, the CPU load while recording was about 30%, GPU load about the same.
I suspected high CPU load like c3r1c3 said. But since I get this even with 30% load I have no idea what to do.

Getting fluid 60FPS on the record but also with micro stutters. The OBS log analyzer didn't find any problems.
One thing I noticed while recording was that the FPS counter on OBS (lower right corner) sometimes drops to 58 and goes back to 60 right away.
In about the same manner as the micro stutters in the final recording.

Here's the latest log with 720p60 just one of many tries. https://gist.github.com/c958113910bcca2b3241
And here is a short clip of the recording (dont mind the quality its just for testing).
I hope you also see the stuttering and its not just me lol
To me it looks like there are a few frames missing every time the stutter comes.

Are you only seeing the stutters in the recording or can you feel / see them while you're playing as well? (I do see the stutters in the recording)

Good it isn't just me lol. The stutters are not while playing. Only in the final record.
