Okay so I had Windows 10 installed and everything was working fine, my recordings were smooth and playback on all media players was great... I reinstalled Windows 10 and now my new recordings lag in VLC and only VLC... Now I know many are going to point the blame at VLC but my older recordings play perfectly in VLC with no issues! I am using the same settings on the OS, OBS, game etc... And it doesn't work... The only thing I can possibly assume is causing this problem is on the previous install of Windows 10 I was using the 353.62 driver and on my new install I'm using 355.60.
