Hi i recently downloaded OBS because Bandicam and Fraps just didn't cut it for me. My friend taught me the basics of it (i.e settings and sources) and i was off! But I then recorded a 20 minute gaming episode and there was 0 lag on my game but when I watched it back, the video was really choppy and froze every 2/3 seconds and I've tried messing around with a bunch of settings but it's just no use so I really need help.
