Question / Help Video keeps stuttering and freezing. Need help

Hello,

I am new to streaming and I can't figure out why my video keeps freezing or stuttering.

My Speedtest results are:

Ping: 36ms
Download Speed: 11.69Mps
Upload Speed: 4.13Mbps

My processor is: AMD A-10-4600M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.30 GHz
8.00 GB of RAM

Any advice on what to put my settings at would be fantastic.

Your settings are probably too high for that bad AMD APU.
