My screen recording is too sharp. I have tried changing all of the settings but nothing works.

What the recording looks like:

What it should look like:

As you can see, the bottom one looks better. How do I make the recording look like the bottom picture? (I have already tried increasing the bitrate)

1. Having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
2. You are running an unknown Windows 10 release (build 20190), which means you are probably using an Insider build. Some checks that are applicable only to specific Windows versions will not be performed. Also, because Insider builds are test versions, you may have problems that would not happen with release versions of Windows.

I suppose you're seeing this during playback, so disable any sharpness filter you might have active in your media player. OBS itself doesn't do sharpening.

I changed that, and it did help with the color, but not the sharpness

There is no sharpness filter in my media player. I tried playing it in Windows Media Player too, and it looked the same
