Video is green and blurry OBS replay shows good

Whenever i try to record a video it comes out green and blurry but the OBS replay looks good
my specs are : intel i7-7700HQ 2.80Ghz
16GB ram 900GB disk 300GB free GEForce 1050 Ti
OBS version : 28.0.2
would like to hear information about this

That's a bug fixed on OBS 28.0.3
Please update or change the color range to partial.
