So, I decided to start streaming casually whenever I wanted to talk to my friend while he watches me play a game or something. I found it pretty cool. I downloaded OBS, and it was a great program. I set up my scene and source in OBS. I clicked "Start Streaming," and it was working well. My friend was watching the stream. I was at 30 fps without any frame drops. The video and everything was working perfectly when I had OBS open and visible. When I tabbed into Half-Life 2, it tabbed OBS out. When I did this, the video froze, but all of the audio was still fine. This ONLY happened when I tabbed into HL2 or anything else that wasn't OBS. But whenever I tabbed back into OBS, the video started to work again. Is there a setting I have to enable or something?
