Question / Help Video is black after recording?

I recorded a video with the recorder, I looked at the preview screen and it was working fine but after a finished recording and went to play the video, it was just a black screen?

Try opening the video in VLC Media Player, it comes with its own codecs. In most cases a black video (while the preview worked) is just a result of missing codecs for your windows media player.
