Question / Help Video freezing

So when i record its smooth,but then I watch the video and It looks like this: works for less than a second.Frezzes for a few seconds and again shows for less then a second etc.
Its weird.

It's one of two things. Your computer, or your OBS. Please post a log.

That still isn't a complete logfile. best bet is to restart OBS. stream for 5 minutes with active gameplay then stop and do this:

I did that and it showed me the problems on the site.I now know what to do thanks :)
The encoding wasnt right ooooh ok.

Sometimes the log analyser helps but its always good to have a human look as well. post the link HERE.
