Question / Help Video freezes

So this really annoying glitch keeps happening - I record my video, but then when i am about to stop the recording I notice that the preview is stuck on a frame from right at the start of my video (not the first 1 but within the first couple of minutes). This is then saved in the MP4 file. Very annoying, Anyone know how to fix it?

I thought this was fixed in the newest version of OBS. Although I experienced the same, it seems fine with version 0.632b
