Question / Help Video Freezes while recording but voice is fine

Hi There,

can you please help me with OBS Configuration, When I play back the video I hear the voice fine but video is frozen.
Please see the attached log file

What are you trying to record?
You have two GPUs in your system. Video Adapter 1 = Intel Onboard GPU and Video Adapter 2 = Nvidia GT 540M.
Your OBS is running on the Intel GPU, so you won't be able to record games or anything that runs on the GT 540M.

Thanks for reply, I am trying to record the online meetings with presentations

I assume, the online meeting is running in a web-browser and not a standalone program.
If the online meeting is using hardware acceleration and the hardware acceleration is turned on in your web-browser, this can cause the display capture (and other capture sources) to fail at accessing the browser.
It might work, if you disable hardware acceleration completely in your webbrowser.
