Question / Help Video freezes at 20:49, but Audio works

Hello,
At all of my recordings my Video freezes exactly at 20mins 49secs. Audio works

I only use Game Capture as my source.

I really don't know what information you need, so if something is missing I will add it as soon as possible.

I attached the OBS Log File and the MetaData of my Output file.

Any suggestions?

That is a bug in much older versions of the AMD AMF encoder plugin. Update to OBS Studio 0.16.5, then update your AMD AMF encoder plugin to 1.4.1.5 (or newest).
