So I just built myself a new pc with Windows 7 installed, re-downloaded OBS, VLC and wanted to stream a video to my friend but for some reason I have theses effects while I stream showing on OBS, but not on VLC:
I tried looking through past threads made and looked through the FAQ but I couldn't find anything that was related to this issue I was having. It also seems to have that effect depending on where my video player is on my screen, if I keep the player on the lower half of my screen it is fine, but for large videos, the effects are visable.
