Question / Help Video Desync. Help please.

I have been reading a researching for quite a few hours and cant seem to find a solution to why my stream is lagging and the audio is not matching with the video. This is a last ditch effort to correct it.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You're trying to force your microphone to be the Elgato's audio output. Open the properties window for your Elgato video capture source and revert it to the device default. If you need to delay your mic do so under Settings > Audio.

I am new to all this and figured I would need some help.
 
No, read my post again. Open the properties window for your Elgato video capture source (double-click on the source, or right-click > Properties). Change the audio device there to "Device default".

IF you were trying to delay your microphone by assigning it to the Elgato, what you should do instead is to manually set the delay under Settings > Audio.

Made new source and left everything default. Same issue. nothing touched
