Question / Help Video card for steamer

Hello all! I want to start stream Diablo3, and now i dont know what video card i need to play with normal FPS at medium graphics quality. I look at the nVidia GeForce GT740. Can it weel be posible with that card? Can someone give me a parameters that card need to be good for streaming?

rather spent a bit more and get something cheap like a gtx750ti or r7 260x
