Question / Help video card crash

i know this is probably a problem with my video card but i thought id post here for help anyway.

when i hit "Start Streaming" i get an instant error message(see below) as soon as i hit the button saying my video driver crashed. but my nvidia driver is updated to the latest version. i have no problems playing games normally. its only when i try to stream. ive read that people have similar problems as this and that the latest driver should have fixed it but it didnt and i could not find the solution anywhere. so i came to post here!

system specs:
model: Msi ge60 2oc/2od/2oe
bios: E16GCIMS.51C
Processor: Intel i7 4700MQ 2.4GHz
Ram: 8gb
Intel HD Graphics 4600
Nvidia GTX 765m

found out that it crashes on window capture. i like to use window capture on steam games because most dont show up under game capture
