Bug Report video capture screen is red.

I'm using an avermedia C875 capture device and I'm trying to stream PS3. I set up everything but the screen for game capture is red. anyone know how to solve this issue?

just for the information I'm using HDMI.

Sounds like the capture card is occupied by another application. Are you using the avermedia stream engine? You need the stream engine for the card to work, as the card encodes the videosignal and obs is not capable of decoding it.

yes it uses the stream engine and I matched the settings for stream engine and OBS but it doesn't work.

I recently found the source of the red screen issue I was having and it was because GChrome was blocking the process. I stopped all GChrome processes and it worked fine.

You have to use the stream engine.
