Hello, ever since I moved to Windows 8.1 64-bit I started to have problems with OBS, shoot a video and after watching it to see how it is or after you go the video posted on YouTube a few seconds and then remains blocked all the video.
And I want to say that it was the same on Windows 7 64-bit, only 32 bit everything went well but when I moved to 64 bit not going to shoot the OBS.
