I've been experiencing slight video hiccups where my audio would stutter and my video would freeze for a couple of milliseconds then it would resume as if nothing happened. I've been scouring the internet for weeks trying to figure out a fix to this problem but to no avail. I've lowered my bitrate and even played around in some settings but no dice. I'm literally on the forum as a last ditch effort to see if someone knows what my problem is and how can I fix it. I'm currently streaming gameplay from my PS4 through my elgato HD60 to my MSI GL72 7QF laptop. I'll upload a link to my log file and to see my current problem I'll post a link from my previous stream from twitch.
