Question / Help Very Low FPS on high-end Computer

Hi everybody!
This is my following specs:
I5-6600K (OC'ed to 4.2 Ghz, very bad OC for the chip)
Reference 290X ( I have set custom fan curve setting for it)
16 GB Crucial RAM
Seagate Barracuda SSHD (2 Partitions)
Seagate Barracuda HDD ( I try record to this one)
Samsung SSD

You might have noticed that this is a pretty High-end PC because of that Skylake and 290X ( AMD's previous flagship GPU)
You might be thinking that this must record pretty good right? Well wrong..

When I start OBS, this gives a fps drop of 25+ on Battlefield 4 on my PC.. ( This game has 64 player maps on MP)
I have followed some guides here and there but they have reduced the FPS drop a little but the game is still unplayable..
Help..
Edit: I use OBS for local recording only

We would need to know what bitrate you're trying to record at, if its unrestricted then that's your problem right there. I mean yes a brand new i5 should be able to play and stream at a decent enough bitrate but, if you are trying for even 720p 60 FPS recording w/ the full bitrate of like 16,000 no your i5 is not good enough at all.

I have currently set it at 7000 Megabits/CBR Disabled/Custom Buffer Size of 7000 Mbits and recording at 720@30 Fps.
Is that good enough? Can you specify a good frame Bitrate?
The HDD in which I am recording has this ratings from CrystalDiskMark

Your log doesn't reflect you actually following the recording guide.

Skylake i5 is still i5.
