Okay guys right now i have 4 Gaming pc's and a streaming PC. How would you hook up all 4 gaming pc's to the streaming pc and be able to capture all 4 gaming pc's at once and live stream on twtch. I know you need 4 capture cards for ever setup but what about after that. I know its possible if seen it done just dont know how and what to buy.

Please help

If you have 4 capture cards, then add each one of them to OBS as a video capture device.

Hmm, in General you have to find out if you can clone the output on each gaming PC or if you need Splitters.
Either way, all 4 PC's need to run a video cable (probably hdmi) to your streaming PC and connect to the Capture Card inputs. Then as dodgepong already stated, just add all 4 capture cards to your scenes in OBS in what ever way you want.

It should have 4 capture cards listed, perhaps all with the same name. What version of OBS are using?

You probably have to configure it to use the HDMI port, I had to do that on my C127 once after installing it for the first time:

Oh, and I am not sure Avermedia supports more than one C127 in one PC, you would have to ask them. For their LiveGamerHD they had to add special support for this to the driver as far as I remember.

Oh I suppose that's true, the AVerMedia driver might not work with multiple cards, I didn't think of that.
