OK what exact does bitrate translate too? The higher the number the clearing the quality image? I'm confused on what this represents.

Given that my ISP is AT&T Uverse I am gonng go with my ISP sucks. My system specs should be able to handle the settings I am using. Oh well, there goes my career in video games. Back to my real life job. My wife will be happy LOL. j/k
