Question / Help Vertical text (scrolling)

I had a search here for something that will do this job, but came up short.

I have had a look in the current text plugin and it can only scroll horizontally. I want something to scroll text (from a multi line text file if need be) vertically like programme credits.

Does anything like this exist?

Hi, I would also find it useful if there was an option to have text scroll from the bottom of the page up to the top or vice versa - for example, a poem, or list of words.
Perhaps a value could be added for this? A negative value changes the R-L/L-R flow, something to change the vertical flow without changing the text orientation would be quite useful.
Also, an option to have a scroll repeat in a loop as it is set at present by default,or just run through once would also be useful (maybe that is already there and I missed it).
