Hey all,
So I was just using my Diamond One-Touch VC500 in OBS yesterday and the window capture was fine. However, when I went to use it today, it was giving me some very unexpected results. I have had this happen once before as a result of updating my graphics card, but that is not the case this time as I haven't updated it since installing either OBS or the drivers for my video card (in fact, this computer was built two days ago, lol).
When I go to window capture the preview window of the VC500, it shows up as black in OBS but still has audio coming through. Even if I go to monitor capture, the preview window remains black with audio coming through. The preview window itself is fine and I have also tried running both the preview window and OBS off of my NVIDA graphics card. I have also tried switching the encoding being used, but am having no luck. Does anyone have an idea of what the problem might be? I am using two monitors if that would in any way affect things.
