Question / Help var 1.7+ ms when streaming.. help needed.

Hi guys, first time streaming, got a new pc etc.
Everything works out great no fps drops. the only thing bothering me alot is that the "var" ms goes up when ever i see action.... (pic uploaded).

Now when im not streaming the ms is around 0.5 at its maximun. when i stream it adds on 1ms to 1.3ms.

PC Specs:
i7 - 4770 @3.5GHz Hashwell
GTX 760
24GB Ram

Bandwidh: 110MBps / 11MBps

Im using 1500 max bitrate.

been scratching my head for a while now, thought this would be the best help..

how can it not be when it makes the games hitbox lag ? chooppy gameplay

You'll need to reduce your resolution / FPS if you want streaming to have less of an impact on your game. I doubt the difference between 0.5ms and 1.3ms is that noticeable though.

here is a better picture to explain...

Nr 1. goes up to 1.8ms
Nr2. goes up to 0.580ms ever 2 seconds.
