Question / Help using with new.livestream

I found a tutorial for using with livestream, however the fms url does not work with the new livestream
any tips?

LiveStream

1. Select Custom as the Streaming Service.

2. For FMS URL, enter the following: rtmp://publish.livestream.com/mogulus/Y ... urUsername

/password=YourPassword/isAutoLive=true

3. For Stream Key, just enter livestream.

Did you actually replace the fields in that URL with what they need to be?

Unfortunately New Livestream does not support streaming via RTMP, this solution can only be used with the Original Livestream at this time. To publish to New Livestream you must use one of the following:

-Livestream for Producers (desktop, mobile)
-Livestream Broadcaster
-Livestream Studio (HD500 or Software)
-NewTek Tricaster with latest software and Livestream Plugin
-Teradek Cube with latest software

Looks like they want to push their own stuff and be in total control of how and what you can stream.

yes, i like ustream better myself, my issue was i couldnt record with obs to web but i finally figured out ustream has an external stream recorder you can launch which allows you to record your stream to your ustream account.
Fortunately I subscribed to new.livestream for 30 days but they refunded my money no issue.

Anyone here who bought Livestream studio? :p I'm not promoting piracy or anything here but damn...that's some expensive stuff. Free version is useless for use with twitch or whatever broadcasting site.
