I keep it short, if you need any additional information or want me to do some troubleshooting steps, I'm happy to do so.
Error:
When QSV is selected as encoder (for streaming or recording), the encoding fails with the error message "Starting The Output Failed".
Streaming/Recording using x264 and/or NVENC as the encoder works flawless, using the same scene/sources and profile.
Logfiles:
OBS Studio v22.0.2
OBS Studio v23.0.2
Additional Info:
My Intel Graphics Driver is updated to the latest version, the iGPU is enabled via BIOS and is working in other programs (tested by encoding a video file in Handbrake using H.264 QSV).
I'm using the 64bit versions of OBS Studio.
Please ignore the settings used (unless they might be the cause of the issue) they are just for testing purposes.
