Question / Help Using OBS to stream from AWS (Amazon Web Service) to client

Hello,
I am running an application on aws windows ec2 instance. I want to stream to the local computer using OBS( using RTMP url). But I am stuck at the RTMP url. I am unable to resolve the NAT. Since aws and local computer are under 2 different networks. Is this possible?
