Question / Help Using OBS at Apple MAC - Audio Problem

I want to stream with OBS from my MAC Pro. Compared oto Windows MAC hasn't this specific Audio Settings, so I have only one Voice Signal input for streaming.

Bizarrely my Voice and also Music from iTunes ist in the same audio channel.

Finally I want so stream me and my voice, and also the Vocie from Skype, Teamspeak or something else.
The problem here ist, that the Skype voice is very quiet.

How can I fix that?
