Question / Help Using multiple audio devices for input and output

I was googling this for a bit, it might just be my sleep-deprived brain but I couldn't quite figure out how to use multiple audio devices simultaneously. I want to have two headsets, either one or both of them being USB headsets (I'm not sure if an analog headset would be a good idea or not in this situation), for commentators during live streaming gaming tournaments, and ideally I would like in-game audio to pass through to both of these headsets, and for OBS to receive the audio inputs from both headsets. I'm using OBS on Windows 10, if that makes a difference

What's the best way to go about this?

Use obs multiplatform and then you can just add audio capture devices to the scenes.

in-game audio would likely need virtual audio cable mapping.

I'm assuming this is a given, but does OBS-MP allow for audio balancing of all sources, just to ensure that no one source is too quiet or drowns out another?

I figure I would post in this thread rather than making a new one. I currently have two USB headsets that I'm using with OBS and its relatively problem free, other than the occasional issue where audio isn't being received from one of them but that's usually an easy fix

My game commentators have all said the same thing though, that they want to be able to hear their co-commentator, as well as in game audio, while wearing the headset during commentary. I've looked through the settings in OBS-MP and I can't figure out how to achieve this. Currently only one headset receives game audio and neither receive the audio from the other headsets mic

Is there a third party software or hardware solution I could look into? Perhaps an audio mixing program that can act as a middle-man between the headsets and OBS?

I'm also wondering if analog headsets (currently looking at the Sennheiser game one headsets) would be a better solution, even though I only have one headphone out port and one mic in port on my laptop (and another line in port), if perhaps I could use some sort of USB audio controller (perhaps in conjunction with software management tools) to give me the solution to this problem
