Im trying to use an RNC with my Digi 003 Rack and SM57 to compress my voice when I stream gameplay to Youtube Live or Twitch.tv. However Im unsure how connect it properly. Essentially I want to setup the RNC to compress my just my voice in real time instead of using a software option like VB Virtual Audio Cable, VSTHost, etc. That way I dont use more resources from the computer and won't have as much latency to compensate for. I currently have OBS setup with Line 1/2 as audio input (only recognizes 003 inputs as pairs) with my mic in Mic Pre input 1 and force it to mono. and my audio output is Line 1/2 (which is actually the Main Outs). How can I set this up to compress just my voice? What cables need to go where in order for the mic signal to get processed and back into the interface for streaming?
